I'm not sure you need to memorize all those numbers except squares. It's better to have shortcuts for multiplication. For example, It's not easy to calculate 18*12 mentally but 18*10 + 18*2 = 180 + 36 = 216 is pretty manageable. Or let's say 15*14? 15*14=30*7=210. Or 19*13? 20*13-13 = 260-13 = 247
As you see a couple of little tricks can help.

The GMAT is not going to ask you to multiply 23 by 29, so you don't need to learn the table above; that would just be a waste of time. You should know your times table from grade school (up to 12x12), and maybe up to 13*13 since the number 13 shows up for a few reasons, and you may want to know some larger perfect squares. You don't need to know what 19 times 26 is off the top of your head; that just won't ever show up on your test (or if it did, you could use estimation or units digits to bypass the calculation completely).
