Your GMAT score will be very important, seeing that you're an international applicant. Your college grade is stellar, so if you were to couple that with a 700+ GMAT score, your academics will be good to go. Your work experience is a bit on the lower end of the spectrum. Your counterparts will most likely have good grades and GMAT, and with 4 or 5 years of quality work experience. AdComs will automatically begin to ask themselves why they should take you in when another person with 4 or 5 years of corporate experience should be eliminated. Make sure you'll be able to address this and really tackle the prompts on the application. Use the essays to fully accentuate who you are and what you represent. Good luck! I think a range in the top 20 schools would be a good place to start for you.

Since you are aiming for top schools then a score above 700 is desirable. However GMAT alone won’t determine your chances of admission; beyond the academics will also help you in determining your candidature and your work experience plays a vital role as well.
Beyond academics plays an equally important role so make sure you showcase it well. If you wish to apply to top business schools then one of the prerequisites is having significant work experience. Generally candidates have around 4-5 years of full time experience in spite of several term time projects or jobs; so you may be competing with other candidates who have 4-5 years of full time experience and have started significant initiatives at college. Hence, we would advise you to gain some full time work experience before you decide to apply for an MBA. If you don’t wish to do so them, you could look at the HBS 2+2 program or the Yale Silver Scholars program.
Although it is not just the work experience that counts but also what you did there like-what were your achievements, what initiative you took, what changes you drove in your workplace etc. So to leverage this if you can show that in 2.5 years you have demonstrated the skills business schools are looking for you could put in a strong set of essays. Hence the quality of your work, your academics and beyond academics will play an important role in determining your candidature.Start thinking what makes you unique and what’s that ‘hook’ that will be key to your application.
