Hello friends,
I'm stuck with this 640 while I'm a serious 700+ aspirant.
Please give me some advice if you are reading this, no matter how you think it can helpI took
MGMAT CAT free 6 month ago with no preparation for a 540 (Q30 V35). I started practicing 3 months ago and have studied on average 4 hours a day. I did all the
MGMAT 8 books+ CR bible. I feel strong at SC and RC but weak at CR. I did OG2's untimed. 2 weeks ago I gave another
MGMAT CAT for a 640 (Q 43 and V34). I messed up the timing and in both Q and V, in the first half of the questions I had a >60% accuracy but in the 2nd half < 20% b/c I lingered in the first half and rushed so fast in the second part. Until today I was hoping that if I fix the timing issue, I should be able to score above 700. But today I did another
MGMAT CAT for another 640 ((Q 43 and V3
5)). Timing was good and I finished both parts with 2 minutes left but the score disappointed me so much. In these two weeks I didn't learn new things. Just took one GMATClub Q test and reviewed all
MGMAT books. What's wrong with me? Better timing did nothing good to me? I always feared math and was comfortable with verbal but now verbal is making me cry. 13 points up in Q but 0 in Verbal. Reading 4 books in verbal has done me nothing!
I take the real test on November 22th. So I have about 3 weeks. Please tell me what should I do in these last weeks to break the 700 level? Should I reread the books? Should I just go on testing (OG 12, GC tests and CATS)? I have not yet done the OG 12. Do you think doing and redoing OG12 to the verge of memorizing the questions will help me (specially in Q)? VERBAL VERBAL VERBAL what should I do about verbal? Should I scrutinize CR bible again or just review it and do the OG and CATs tests? Should I go through Princeton verbal review or GMAT 800?
I sincerely thank you all in advance
