I think the predictor is more accurate with Part Time MBA's than for Full Time because of these reasons:

1. PT students generally come from the same area as the school.
2. because students come from the same area, it is more likely that a larger percentage of students come from the same 10-20 companies than what you'd see in a FT program.

The other issue is that the data given in mbapredictor used the US News rankings instead of the most recent Businessweek data, which showed the incoming 2011 class.

Just based on my personal observations and anecdotes, and echoing the sentiments of the posters above me, I believe that it is really hard to objectify near conclusively whether a person will be admitted at a particular school or not. Granted certain metrics have numeric data, such as average GMAT score, certainly help to create an idea, there are far too many outliers and qualitative measurements that make such a tool more than likely a poor indicator of admission at a particular program.
