Team,

Question 1 - Can any one advise how IR score is calculated ? I am not looking for exact answer or algorithm. In want to know in general what is score if we get X questions out of 12 correct ? e.g I got 4 questions correct out of 12 and IR is showing score as 3. Does that mean I will need at least 7 questions correct to have IR score of 5 which is treated as good one ?

Question 2 - Few IR questions contains sub questions i.e. Q2 a,b, c . To get full mark on that question , do we need to answer all correct ?

1. The IR score is calculated from the number of questions correct, and the section is not adaptive. If you get 4-5 (5 is much more reliable) scored questions correct, you will probably get a 5. Keep in mind that there are only 9 scored questions in the IR section, and that the experimental questions will not be identified. So, even if you ensure that you get 5 questions right (out of 12), you might end up with a score lower than 5 (if one or more of the 5 questions you got right were experimental). You'll need to aim for at least 8 correct out of 12 to be on the safe side.

2. Yes. There is no partial credit.
