Easy question but I made a lot of careless mistakes along the way to get to the right answer...hopefully this is not the way it happens when I take it again: Answer is B..here's my reasoning

Skilled = A Not Skilled = B

A+B = 84

(3% of 18000)A + (3% of 12000)B = 32760

If you reduce it down that becomes:

3A + 2B = 182
2A + 2B = 168 (From first equation)

A = 14 which is the number of skilled workers

Therfore the percentage of skilled workers = 14/84*100 = 1/6 * 100 = B
