If you're comfortable enough - just start from the beginning. Pick up book 1 and go from there. I'd probably go through all of the books first and then come back and do the advanced stuff, that's what I did. But everyone is different. If you go through the book and feel ready for the tough stuff as soon as you're finished, go for it. I let the non-advanced stuff stew for a little before tackling the tougher sections, though.
Go through the books and do all of the practice work and then start working on the official guide. Both of these books should be sufficient for a great score, but I don't think there's any special order that you need to review these books in, I'd probably just go in numerical order.
