Hi all,
I have one question concerning AWA.
I am non native speaker; therefore, my vocabulary is not so wide. I am using limited number of transition words, and also words used on AWA, for instance claims, assumes etc.
I am retaking the GMAT and....Do you think that I can be accused of plagiarism if my opening sentences will be very similar (or almost the same), not only in terms of structure but also in terms of wording?
I understand that you do not have the right answer, so I would like to know just your thoughs.

I have used templates that I've gotten from this site in which i've copied sentences word for word. The word phrases are a very specific combination of words. I still received a 6 on that essay.

Since you are retaking dont bother much about AWA, rather focus on QA VA, How much did you get in AWA earlier?
You can use same template that you used earlier, it wont matter.
