D is the correct answer as it maintain the parallelism

A and B has found instead of finding, if then structure is not done correctly so C is out, best way of performing ...is not correct..e is out, d has correct parallelism and to perform is used correctly.

A and B has found instead of finding, if then structure is not done correctly so C is out, best way of performing ...is not correct..e is out, d has correct parallelism and to perform is used correctly.

Hi sasidharrs, actually finding would not have been correct in A and B, because in A and B, that would have violated parallelism:).

Oh... Then does it need to be infinitive form.. like to find..will that make parallelism correct?.. i appreciate your inputs..

Yes, it will fix the parallelism issue with A, but obviously other issues would remain.

anyone can comment on the difference between "reading" in my sentence and "separating' in the posting. ?

In option A : then redesign ...' introduces a run-on sentence. 'were to separate' is not parallel to 'found'. (It is parallel to 'were to find'). 'separate components of a task into its (task's) individual motions' is incorrect. (its must refer to components).
In option B: then redesigning' is not parallel to 'separated' and 'found'.
In option C: finding the best way of ...' does not really make sense as a modifier to 'if the components were separated ...' (these are 2 separate ideas that have no causal relationship to each other.)
Option D maintains the correct parallel structure.
In option E: redesign' is not parallel to 'separating' and 'finding'.

the structure is simple , but if the sentence is long, you can die. ability to sumarize the long phrase, to read a long sentence is key to success on verbal. to do so, we have to realize the grammatical role of each long phrase instantly when we read it.

the sentence is long. we read the sentence phrase by phrase. we we read a phrase, we have to instantly realize its grammatical role instantly

supose the sentence is A-B-C-D, in which A, B,C and D are long phrase
we read A. we realize it is subject, or openning modifier.
we read B, we realize instantly that it is subject modifier of subject
we read C, we realize instantly that it is verb phrase
we read D, we realize instantly that it is object phrase.

that is the key to read long sentence, to success on verbal
