Just got the call, I am in and very excited.
I was waitlisted last year for regular decision and re-applied this year for early decision. I went to NYC (from San Diego) to visit the school as well as went to Omaha for the Berkshire Hathaway Annual meeting and Columbia Dinner. Very long road but I am obviously very happy with the outcome. Other stats and timeline:

Admission: 9/23

but once she understand what was going on she was happy and then wanted to go back to bed. And just to clarify I got an email that said there had been an update to my account, not an email saying I was acccepted. I had to log onto the CBS website to find out.
