I have been scouring the forum to find information about business casual shoes. I am attending a summer event at Tuck and plan to interview at Fuqua, both of which state the dress is business casual. For business casual is it acceptable to wear brown leather cap-toes with a khaki pant/navy blazer combo, or are cap-toes too formal? I have a pair of square toe Johnston and Murphy Hardings but I look like a clown wearing them...
I just did my Fuqua class visit and interview and boy was I over thinking this! I come from a non-traditional background, military, where I am told what to wear everyday, so I was a little nervous when given the oppotunity to think about clothes for myself. If anyone else is even slightly worried about this, don't be. Just find what you think looks good and makes you comfortable and relax, no one is looking at your shoes; except people like me, for the first 5 minutes until they realize it doesn't matter!
