Hi,
I know this is not the first topic which talks about GMAT books, and I also know there are several posts around the forum about that, but now, my question is a bit more personal, so any advice from you guys will be very helpful.
I have been stydying since February. My best score is 600 (Q42, V31) and my ideal score is 680/700.
I am planning to take my exam in November and, for now, I plan to focus on the OG, buying the software extension pack, and taking one CAT per week.
In parallel, I am going to deepen some theory.
I was thinking to study theory from one single book, which might be the Kaplan GMAT Premier 2015. In fact, a friend of mine told me that it is a good book for my purposes and I should buy it.
1)What do you think about?
2) do you think are there other best books than Kaplan?
3) is Kaplan a low profile book or not?

I think you are correct in making such a software purchase. Finding yourself a good prep course, especially an adaptive one that can determine your areas of weakness, is integral to your GMAT preparation. I find it to be one of the most helpful ways to prepare. You definitely need to focus on Verbal, of course continue with a bit of Quant practice each time, but for now let your focuses lay on Verbal mainly until you feel a bit more confident.
2)Do you think are there other best books than Kaplan?
I cannot say for certain which is the best of the big prep books to choose from. I would better be able to recommend a well rounded adaptive course. With that being said I can make one recommendation for a supplementary book to your studies which I can attest for "English Grammar in Use" (intermediate and advanced levels). All grammar books tend to be exercise-oriented and often go into much more detail than what the GMAT tests. In addition, many do not deal with certain sentence structure issues (e.g. dangling modifiers)...but "Grammar in Use" is probably the best grammar self-study book available and would be of great benefit to your verbal score.
3)Is Kaplan a low profile book or not?
What do you mean by low profile, I am not quite sure I understand what you mean by this/what you specifically are looking for as far as a low profile. If you would like me to provide a more thorough answer to this question, just clarify what it is you specifically mean and I will answer this as well.
