What is the sum of all 50 numbers in a list?

(1) The sum of positive numbers in the list 7.3
(2) The sum of negative numbers in the list is 10.6 less than the sum of the positive numbers.

Please read the spoiler below to understand my doubt.

OA is C.
I know this is a official exercise from GMAC and is probably right, but for me the answer is E. The statements do not give any information about neutral numbers (zeros)

Both the statements are individually insufficient, as they keep several probabilities open. Combining them gives an easy choice, so C is correct. Zeroes add neither to +ve nor -ve side so they don't matter.

In order to get clarity on such questions, we have a targeted quant course for candidates preparing for the GMAT. You can find more details here:
https://www.optimus-prep.com/gmat-quant-booster
You can also opt for a well rounded course catering to all the needs of GMAT prep: https://www.optimus-prep.com/gmat-on-demand-course

Feel free to take a 7 day trial of the courses we offer.
