Hi ajaym28,
First off, both 650 and 660 are strong scores (they're both right around the 80th percentile), so you've performed well. While most Test Takers *want* a 700+ score, that score might not be necessary - it's possible that this score will be strong enough to get you into Business School.
That having been said, if you can tell me a bit more about your studies, then I should be able to help you figure out what you need to do to improve:
1) What were your Scaled Scores on your first GMAT?
2) What resources did you use to study?
3) How long have you studied?
4) Did you take any of your CATs more than once?
5) What were your scores (including your Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores) on your practice CATs?
6) Did you take the ENTIRE CAT (including the Essay and IR sections)?
7) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
8) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
You should probably take a couple of days off to relax a bit. Since you have to wait 31 days before you can retake the GMAT, you have plenty of time to continue studying (if you choose to retest).
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
