Thanks everyone. Here's to hoping. I got the offer to interview on a Wednesday, so I'm guessing I'll hear back by next Wednesday. They said 2-3 weeks, and next Wednesday will be 2 1/2 weeks.

Also, in case anyone is searching for info and stumbles upon this thread... I did get offered a scholarship. I got an electronic letter that was emailed to me after I received a status update message in my portal. So... - Being offered an interview is not a bad thing. It does not suggest that you're a weak candidate. - PT students do get scholarship info emailed to them, unlike FT students, who receive their info in the mail.

wolsasmom - congratulations! It makes complete sense why they called you in for an interview and not everyone else. When did you receive the email and was it on your nyu email or personal id? hope to see you at school this fall.

I got the notification that my portal had been updated yesterday. So you guys were spot on about the notification times! Then I got a pdf for the scholarship a few hours later. Both came in to my registered email. I'm in the Westchester program,but I'll be at the lab. I live in Manhattan, so I'm going to try to get involved in clubs etc. Congrats to everyone!
