Hi Sharma Rahul

I have taken all 800 Score tests. The highest I have scored is Q 42 - The questions are good but the scaling is not a true representation of the actual exam.

I am currently hitting Q 45 in Manhattan tests.

Thanks for sharing your feedback.

I am also hitting Quant 45 on Manhattan, & 40-44 on Quant GMAT Club Test. So, I am just hoping that on D-day I will score 50-51 :)

My quant scores are fluctuating between 38-44 but my verbal is terribly dropping down on 800 scores. Q-44 v-3. GMAT prep scored me to Q-44 and V-19, but 800 score is pushing me down on verbal. My verbal score on Kaplan is 24. Can I consider 800 scores reports???

Hi sumanthvasa,

Have you used any other CATs besides these ones? The 4 GMAC CATs (the 2 free ones and the 2 additional ones that you can purchase) are the most accurate CATs on the market. Have you taken any of those CATs (and how have you scored?)?

Hello Rich Cohen,

Thank you for your response. I have taken my First GMAC CAT recently and have scored 530 Q-44 and V-19. I am yet to give my second CAT (which I am planning to give tomorrow). My exam is on 26th of this month. So, this score of '800 scores' was keeping me lil worried.

Hi sumanthvasa,

Since your Official GMAT is on the 26th, taking a CAT just 3 days before is probably not a good idea. The process of taking a FULL CAT requires a great deal of effort and energy - if you're not careful, you might end up 'burning out' a bit before Test Day. In the last few days before the Official GMAT, it's often best to keep your studies light and try to get some extra rest/sleep.

Thank you Rich Cohen. I sure will consider your advice. But, regarding my previous question.... should I consider the 800 scores data?

Hi sumanthvasa,

It's not clear what exactly you're asking about. Your Official GMAT is in a couple of days regardless of what you think about those CAT scores. I suggest that you focus on reviewing the GMAC CAT result and getting in a bit of light practice/review before your Official GMAT (NO CRAMMING though).
