I understand why A,C,D,E are incorrect but
I am doubtful :
If i choose B
Subject Dr Rouse verb-->Studies
sub-->Structures verb--????? there is no verb, or i think underlying "verb-ing' is acting as a verb action here for the subject subject structures.
Please guide if my understanding is correct
