Scaled Percentile

Quant 49 90
Verbal 44 97
Total 760 99

I think the Quant percentile seems to be weird.

Would anyone please shed some light on this?

Pardon the lack of clarity:
What I meant to ask was that how should I interpret the score?

I think 760 is great but 90 percentile in Quant is not.

760 is a great score no matter how you look at it.
