This was exactly what I needed! I took the exam last week and scored less than 700. I have been debating this week whether to hit the books and retake in 2-3 weeks or take a month or two and wait until next year to apply.

I'm going to hit the books again and see if I can do it! I can always delay the test, but might as well give it al I got now.

Go for it! You have nothing to lose by retaking it (except for $250)...and if you do well, you can make deadlines and if not, well then you'll just get it done next year! I'm so glad I decided to make the decision (which seemed like a terrible idea at the time) to retake it. 2nd times a charm! and honestly I am now a firm believer that your second time will always be better than your first time since now you know what the test will be like.

Congrats buddy!!! Being a non-native speaker. I am very poor with Verbal. Do you have any recommendations on what all things must be covered for verbal.
