Hi stelmashenko,

After spending so much time on your studies, it's worth acknowledging that 'your way' of approaching this Test is not enough to get you to your score goals. Continuing to read through lots of books and working through lots of questions is not what you need to do to succeed. Over such a long study period, you've likely developed a number of 'bad habits' that you'll need to 'fix' (and replace with new 'good habits'); you'll also need to learn/practice some new Tactics. This is meant to say that you'll probably need another 2-3 months of consistent, guided study and you'll need to invest in some new, non-book resources. To hit your score goals, you'll need to make some significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections.

1) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
2) When are you planning to apply?

Hi Rich,

I agree that I have bad habits. However, it is hard for me to understand which ones are actually good and which ones are bad. Which tactics will you advise?

I would like to apply to London Business School/HEC Paris/Wharton/Berkeley. I still have 1 year left.

Best regards,
Iaroslav.

Hi Iaroslav,

You've named some really competitive Schools, you beyond having a strong GMAT score, you'll need to have a strong OVERALL profile AND you'll have to 'market yourself' correctly to each of those Programs. Thankfully, you have plenty of time to do so.

1) How many hours do you study during a typical week?
2) Was December the last time you took a Test of any kind (Official or practice)?
