This is one of those questions where using the given options is fastest way to get the solution. We need to find a set where 3 numbers can be paired into 2 pairs of some numbers because we need a product which is a square number.
C fits the bill. 2*36*32 = 2*6*6*8*4 = 6*6*8*8
