Yes, that is a reasonable estimate of the number of PS and DS questions that you'll see on the Official GMAT. There are variations of course (you might see more or less of a particular type), but they won't be that far off from those approximate numbers. Keep in mind that between the adaptive Algorithm and the Experimental questions (which do not count), some odd situations can occasionally occur. As an example, I had a Client swear to me that his first 10 Quant questions were DS questions. He said that he grew more and more concerned as that 'streak' of DS prompts increased, but he managed to stay calm, remembered his training and scored 730.
