Hi All
As i write this post, I am supposed to sit for the exam in exactly a week's time for now. I have been getting 690 in my practice tests. My aim is 700-710 so I am still shy of the target by 10-20 points.
How should I spend my last week with respect to preparation? What should I do in this last week to ensure I maintain my current level and also to bump up the score by the desired number?
You are remarkably close to your target score and you can get to your score if you remain focussed on the test day.
The last few days should focus on your
error logMake sure you solve the questions that you have got wrong in the OG or the Verbal Review.
If you want to make a mock Cat, do not take more than one and try that it is the GMAT Prep CAT.
TEST DAY TIPS:
A few things to keep in mind on the test day:
1. Do not think about the final score at any point of time
2. Once done with a section forget about it and concentrate on the next one.
3. Take both the breaks. It helps you to freshen up
4. Take a note of the time when you are out for break. Do not exceed the break
5. Do not rush through the last 5 questions in the verbal sections in a bid to see your final score
6. Make sure you complete the section. There is a high penalty for not completing the test.
