This is a parallelism question and has two lists--
1.OUTER: (By providing ........ AND by staying)
2.INNER:(mortgages ,home improvement loans,automobile loans,.... ,AND financial advice)
Make sure that each list has an "AND" before the last element
So you have to maintain parallelism of both the lists.
a)financial advice, and staying --->not parallel
B)financial advice ,and by staying---> "and" is missing from inner list
C)and financial advice,staying----> "and" is missing from outer list
D)and financial advice,and staying---->not parallel
