Hi! Apparently in Western countries, MBA are prestigious are a practical way for foreigners to break into finance and consulting field. This seems not to be the case in Asia, considering people choose to further their studies just for degree or aimless objective in the future.
The end-goal of an MBA is to get a job. But after hours of searching various Japanese MBAs, none of them disclose the employment rate for foreign students. After that, the prospect of getting employed there is very bleak for me.
Should I just improve my Japanese and try to break into a Jap company in my country and hope to relocate to Japan in the future or should I pursue a MBA?

I did hitotsubashi, my Japanese was not perfect (around JLPT N3) and still I found a job in Japan. I guess you have to target the network of the school. If the school has good connections in the Japanese business world, you will find a job
