At least 5 feet trees means it is the sum of the trees having height of 5 ft to 6 ft & more that 6 ft
Total revenue is 2450 Dollar
Less than 5 feet tall trees revenue = 54*15 = 810
At least 5 feet Trees Revenue = Total - 810 = 2450 - 810 = 1640 dollar
Correct Answer is (B)

• Nursery has 54 trees that are less than 5 feet in height
• Expected revenue from the sale of its entire stock is estimated at $2,450
To find:
- • How much revenue will come from the sale of trees that are at least 5 feet tall.
Approach and Working:
- • Total revenue= Revenue from trees that are less than 5-feet tall+ Revenue from trees that are at least 5-feet tall
• 2450= 54*14.95+ Revenue from trees that are at least 5-feet tall
• We can approximate 14.95 as 15 then 2450+54*15+Revenue from trees that are at least 5-feet tall
• Revenue from trees that are at least 5-feet tall = 1640
Hence, the correct answer is option B.
