Hi all!
I'm hoping to apply to business school next fall so I have roughly a year and a half to beef up my extracurriculars. I've been dabbling in different things ; I've taken dance class for a year and I've taken music class for a year so between the two I've done things to try things out but I haven't gotten past the point of basic engagement. I realize business school requires you to show leadership in your chosen extracurricular so I was wondering if you guys have any advice on what to look into? Any good extracurriculars you would suggest to improve my profile?
Thanks!

RoadToMBA123 I think your efforts might be better spent resuscitating an old community involvement and strive for a leadership position in that. Hobby is also OK but it will look kinda phony to start a year before; would be better to take something that is already 1.) part of your background or 2) makes sense/feels natural with your background and interests demonstrated so far. For example, if you have a lot of travel experience, finding a leadership position with a study abroad outfit helping students who are preparing to study abroad (or even volunteer position with some project management stuff to show leadership)
