HI all,

I was scheduled for an exam today but I'm not feeling well and decided not to take the exam today. Does anyone know when I can reschedule and if I can do this online? I'm seeing different things from the boards - either you can reschedule yourself online or have to call mba.com. Has anyone actually gone through this or know what the answer is? It's a weekend so they are closed and would really like to reschedule for Monday.

Can you still cancel? You'll lose the $250 you spent (which you'll lose anyway if you don't show), but I think you'll get the chance to book your next appointment on mba.com itself.

If you don't cancel, I doubt that the option to book another appointment for less than 16 days will become available on mba.com anytime soon.

I can't cancel the exam is today. I know I don't need to wait the 16 days but I'm not sure if I can do this myself online or if I have to call them. Anyone had a similar experience? :/

I was able to reschedule the next day online without having to call GMAC. Just an FYI for anyone having the same issue.
