Hi samemon9, I have used many prep materials for quant as well as verbal, but as we are only concerned with Quant, you should certainly check out Target Test Prep. IMO this is the best test prep company that covers every base of preparation. You should try its 5 day trial for $1. You can try Magoosh. I have very good experience with them. Their videos are also good for brushing up your quants skills.
I heard good thing about targetprep also.

3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

4) What is your goal score?
5) What is your exact Test Date?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
