So the short answer to your question is YES, if you are looking for quant help, TTP would be an awesome resource for you. We are the
top-rated quant course here on GMAT Club.
Regarding your timeline, I can tell you that there have been some folks who have successfully improved their scores in a short duration using TTP. However, most GMAT test takers need more than 40 days to significantly improve their quant skills. In any case, if you can complete the TTP course there is no reason why you cannot score a Q50+ quant score.
So, the question becomes that of whether you can hit your GMAT quant target score within 30 - 40 days, and the answer to that question depends not only on what course you would use and how much time you have to prepare each week but also on how far from your target you are now. So, it would be helpful to know your baseline GMAT score and your target.
Have you taken any GMAT practice tests yet? If so, how have you scored? If not, would you, in short order, take a full length official practice exam and report back here with the score breakdown? Also, how much time per week will you have available to spend on GMAT preparation, and what are your GMAT score goal and your quant score goal?
