I started Studying for GMAT in July 2018 and gave my first attempt in Sept 2018
(I don't know what I was thinking)
Got a score of 500
(was disappointed---- moved on)
Started studying again after a break of two weeks
now my aim is 700+
I have completed OG 2018, OG 2019, Verbal Review 2019, Started with quant review 2019.
Read SC grail, CR Bible, Practiced few 300-400 questions from Gmat club forum
Following are the scores of my mocks:

My exam is in one month, and I need help!
per my analysis
In Verbal- I lack speed
In Quant- Silly calculation mistakes and speed
I can study for 6-8 hours a day but I am not sure where to invest my time.
which sources to study from and where to practice from.
(I don't know what I was thinking)

Getting 700 is not tough but needs sheer amount of dedication and practice. If possible take the ESR report from mba.com by buying it. This is very critical as you will be able to analyse yourself. Remember always that first ten question matters a lot in each subject. So basically take a bit more time than average time to make sure that you have actually marked it correctly. My suggestion for quants will be take target test prep for 5 days which costs you only 1 dollar, but believe me its a real GEM.
For verbal I can see that even though you have taken and completed multiple books, but you are not able to score good.one needs more attention and in shorter time I will suggest you to do sentence correction correctly from Manhattan and RC..for CR revisit Powerscore...I do believe you are not able to connect the dots while solving..My last suggestion will be follow one book and not multiple for a given topic as this will only increase your problem.

I’m glad you reached out, and I’m happy to help. First off, since you have been studying since July and are still 120+ points from your score goal, you need to look at HOW you have been preparing and make some changes, right? Furthermore, since you recently scored a Q44/V27, it’s clear that you lack the GMAT quant and verbal fundamentals you need for a high score. So, moving forward, you really need to ensure that you follow a linear and structured study plan, so you can individually learn GMAT quant and verbal topics, starting with the foundations before moving to more advanced concepts. That said, this process will take longer than just 4 weeks. Are you able to take the exam at a later date?
Regarding resources, I agree with asifmalick. Since you need quant help, TTP would be an awesome resource for you. We are the top-rated quant course here on GMAT Club.
Regarding verbal courses, you should check out the reviews here on GMAT Club or read through GMAT success stories to see what has worked well for other test-takers.
