Quickest method is reverse probability. That is, finding the probability they never contradict one another and subtracting from 1.
1 - P(All truths) - P(All lies)
P(All truths) = 2/5 * 5/6 * 3/8 = 30/240
P(All lies) = 3/5 * 1/6 * 5/8 = 15/240
1 - (30/240) - (15/240) = 195/240 = 13/16 (D)

6 possibilities of contradiction -TLL, TTL, LTL, LTT, LLT & TLT
Find Probabilities of each scenario by multiplying. e.g. - TLL = P(R(T))*P(S(L))*P(San(L)) = (2/5)*(1/6)*(5/8)
Add these results.
Answer will be 13/16
though i look forward to a easier method.
