Hi jmailreg,
On Test Day, you are given the opportunity to select up to 5 Schools to receive access to your Official GMAT Score (and since your GMAT Score is valid for up to 5 years, as long as you apply to School at some point within that time period, the Schools can access your Official Score Report during that same time). If you have additional Schools that you want to apply to later on, then there is a per-School-fee that you will have to pay to give each of those Schools access to your Official Score Report. It is unlikely that any School would accept a Report directly from you (since it would be possible that that Report may be photo-shopped or otherwise altered).
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When is your exact Official Test Date?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
