I was wondering how the only organization that offer the Gmat exam , have the worst unprofessional website i have ever seen and also the worst customer services.
i am from Egypt , tried to contact them several times via email or phone , no reply .
i cannot book my exam for 2 weeks now, as all cards i am trying is not accepted for no reason, i have asked my colleagues they had the same issue.
one of them was able to solve it through making a friend from america pay the fees for her.
The exam is not cheap ,so why the service is so bad , the website is not organized at all, no customer services and full of ads everywhere.
is it Normal that no one here talks about the formal and only website, that should offer support before and after the exam.

Hi. Sorry about your experience with booking the test. I think for the majority of folks the registration and test taking process is fairly smooth and "normal" however since the tests are administered by Pearson Vue, when things don't go as planned, it is often challenging to get support as both companies can point fingers to each other.
However, GMAC is a monopoly for the GMAT (though not the complete MBA admissions process since GRE became more accepted, which in part tells that Schools are not exactly thrilled with the GMAC either) and usually innovation is driven best by competition which we are not seeing a whole lot here.
I am glad you were able to book your test and get it done. I hope it will be smooth sailing from now on but definitely feel free to share your experience and frustrations - I think it will be helpful for others to understand.
