I was wondering how the only organization that offer the Gmat exam , have the worst unprofessional website i have ever seen and also the worst customer services.
i am from Egypt , tried to contact them several times via email or phone , no reply .
i cannot book my exam for 2 weeks now, as all cards i am trying is not accepted for no reason, i have asked my colleagues they had the same issue.
one of them was able to solve it through making a friend from america pay the fees for her.
The exam is not cheap ,so why the service is so bad , the website is not organized at all, no customer services and full of ads everywhere.
is it Normal that no one here talks about the formal and only website, that should offer support before and after the exam.
