I am looking for an evaluation on my profile keeping the current situation in mind. Thanks in advance for the help!
I also seek some opinions on my work experience (will it go against me in my application or will it help)
Race/Nationality: Indian
Sex: Male
Age: 30
Undergrad CGPA: 7.5/10
GMAT Score: 650, 50Q 29V (confident I can get 700+. Had a bad day on Verbal. Planning to retake soon)
Work Experience: I have 8 years on work experience and currently work as a manager for an analytics company. I have worked in different geographies for a lot of clients.
Extra Curriculars: Actively involved in theatre.
Target Schools: UCLA, ISB, Rotman, NUS
Would really appreciate help on this!

As expected if you score 700+ GMAT that would help you to balance your average CPGA. I don't see anything against your number of work experience as you fall within the bandwidth since you don't belong to the Indian IT pool. In fact, work experience in various geography helps to prove the adcom that you have skills to adapt and work under any circumstance. It would help us more if you can brief a little more about your EC's which would really help us to understand your profile deeper.

This is Kate from mbaMission here. Impressive quant score but yes, definitely should retake to increase your verbal score. UCLA has an average close to 720 so hopefully you can reach that target, or ideally exceed it. 8 years of work experience should not be an issue, assuming you have compelling reasons for why you need an MBA and why now. Though I would not delay much further, as you start to near Executive MBA territory once you get closer to 10 years of experience.
Making it to the manager level and gaining experience across different geographies are both strengths of your profile, and I also like that you have creative pursuits via theatre. Sounds like the foundation of a well-rounded profile in line for those schools. Good luck with GMAT!
