Right now, I am battling on two fronts. While I am actively looking for a job, I have to also ace GMAT. The test date is just 20 days away.

There are many people who are in a similar position each year, though of course, this year, there are added challenges around lockdowns, COVID, and deferments at B-schools.
We would recommend that you segment your workday in such a way that you spend say 2-3 hours on your job hunt, and the rest on your GMAT prep. Focus a bit more on your GMAT prep - if you can get that done well in the first attempt, it would put a lot of pressure off you.

Multitasking is not something I'd advise. But if you have to, make sure that your days are well planned. Assign time for each task and follow the plan. Everything always comes down to proper scheduling.
