a) the world is overlooking 'new' nuclear power, because too many people have grown The first clause must modify "new nuclear power". Here it is modifying "the world", which is incorrect. Eliminate.
b) 'new' nuclear power is being overlooked simply because too many people grow The usage of "grow" in the present tense is incorrect. It must be in the past tense since it is talking about an event that has already occurred. Eliminate.
c) 'new' nuclear power is overlooked simply because too many people have grown Correct answer.
d) the world overlooks 'new' nuclear power because too many people grow Same error as (A). Eliminate.
e) 'new' nuclear power is being overlooking simply because too many people have grown "being overlooking" is incorrect. Since it has already happened, "overlooked" is the correct usage. Eliminate.
