210= 2x3x5x7. Prime factors are 2,3,5,7. Nevertheless 1 can also be a factor.
Acc to statement 1:
The number can be formed by digits 2,3,5 and 7 with 2 at the unit's place.
OR
with digits 1,6,5 and 7 with 6 at the unit's place.

Acc to statement 2:
Thousands digit can take any of the odd digits in both the combinations.

Combining Statements 1 & 2 doesnt help either.

Statement 1 -
Factors of 210 - 7*5*6*1 or 7*2*3*5
Hence k can be either 6 or 2 .
Insufficient

Stat 2.
Thousands digit of k is odd. It can be 5 or 1 or 7.

Combining would not give an answer either
