Hi Ankita3007
You are referring to for instance the Harvard 2+2 program right? So these programs are not a different program. They are just early admissions into the regular program with you having to start at least 2 years after you graduate( HBS is 2-4 years). So you would be starting in the regular HBS program if you do get in. To answer your question, no quality difference.
Overall, if you want to be in a top MBA program there is no chance you will do it without work experience and additionally work experience is highly recommended. It is super essential to the quality of your b school experience in several ways. It determines the quality of your experience as your classmates will have real life references to make in classes and you may not be about to keep up. Additionally it comes up in recruiting as well. Depending on the industry you are after you will find yourself competing with candidates who have a proven track record vs your potential and it maybe a tough go. It is advisable to go into an MBA when you are good and ready with the right level of experience.
I do not know why you want an MBA so soon but your with the deferred programs you anyway will not start until you have worked. Otherwise you will have to find other programs that allow straight out of undergrad, of which none of the top schools do. But on the other hand if you do have the capacity and are an excellent student, do slam the GMAT and apply to the programs.
Good luck out there!
