I might not be well versed on this topic but I'll give my two cents, in case no one else replies.
This is honestly a very personal decision and I can give you some parameters that can help you decide.
1. Look at the course, course structure, syllabus, faculty, and essential the differences in academics. Try to rate which one you like better.
2. Look at the employment opportunities. You might have some targeted companies that you want to work in. So you could see which ones come for placement and which uni is better suited for your career.
3. Mainly look at which country you want to live in? Canada or the US? Look at each of their visa policies, especially if you plan to stay long term. This parameter could make it easy for you. Many people prefer Canada for its relaxed visa policies and relatively easy to get PR. On the other hand, some prefer the US because of the vast opportunities and the highly ranked schools. You can also do some research on how the US job market will look like when you graduate and how the Biden administration affects your stay. (Eg. What if Biden might not be very friendly towards Indians)
4. Which uni will help you achieve your goals better? Also, look for any centers, or extracurriculars, or activities that stand out and call out to you.
I hope these parameters help you narrow down your decision.
