I have pinged the GMAC social media person but I have not heard anything back. I will post if I hear anything back about the strange pattern of cancellations.

Thank you again for helping me! Just let me know if you find out anything.

Actually, it's such a shame that GMAC, charging 250USD per online test, doesn't care to provide an acceptable level of customer care. Proctors could at least raise a ticket and send me some autoreply what to do next.
Everything I read about its support is about unresponsiveness and sluggishness. Hope it's not 100% true

I think that GMAT online test should come with a warning letting people know before booking that there is a chance something gets wrong and they'll probably have to retake. Maybe even sharing the percentage of aborted test (by the tester, technical fault or Pearson).

I had to wait more than 1 month to get a refund and be able to reschedule my online test (my proctor never showed up on test day). The one in test center wasn't great (first time out during pandemic, only open test center was far) so I did it again online and was good.
The delay in taking the GMAT impacted my essays writing but in the end, it turned out great.

So don't let this put you down, and good luck with the GMAT and application!

Thanks for your support, dude. I guess it could be a good solution for GMAT online test either.
Actually, I gonna wait 1-2 days for their reply before scheduling an offline test. Anyway, there are no other choices on the table for me now, whether gmac confirms a refund or not.
