Hey, everyone!
Today I've tried to pass GMAT online. At the very beginning everything was going very smoothly and as planned. But in the middle of Quant section my screen frozen (like loading page) and time as well. Proctor restarted system and I lost nearly 10-15 secs for the first time. After, this situation has repeated two more times. At the third time proctor wasn't able to restart test for several minutes and when he did I just seen a screen with DS question with no second condition in it. I panicked, Told proctor about it and asked to restart the question and add me time, as it was counting down, but he said that there was nothing he can do. My internet connection was stable and I heard proctor, could use chat and so forth. Although, I felt that my performance is ok, I refused to continue (more than 2 minutes net lost of time, broken DS question, a lot of stress and who knows what it would be in Verbal) and asked to revoke my exam. Proctor revoked my exam, but said nothing to me.
No emails from GMAC after 6 hours since this nightmare ended. I tried to reach GMAC folks by different emails, because I need to reschedule it quite urgently and it seems that I miss some applications due to their technical issues. Does anyone knows how to reach them ASAP?
In the end, huge thanks to gmatclub.com and its creators. Guys you all are awesome! Hope this experience will make me better

That seems like such a mess, esp the DS with only one condition. Argh!
The usual resolution is for the review to take place which will take a week at least. You will then receive a retest code in another week. You will have to wait 16 days from the first failed test to retake your next one. I hope you are not too much of a hurry for any deadlines. if you are, there is not really much of an option taking the GMAT online and you will need to take it at a test center.

thank you for reply. Actually I'm in hurry (didn't plan to be revoked:) and will try to book a exam at test center. Hope to hear smth. from GMAC folks soon
