Let that costing $1.70 be \(x\) kg's and that costing 1.10 be \(y\) kg's
We can form an equation of the form:
\(1.56 (x+y)= 1.2(1.70*x +1.10*y) \)
\(1.56*x +1.56*y= 2.04*x +1.32*y\)
\(.24y=.48x\)
\(\frac{x}{y}=\frac{1}{2}\)
\(x:y = 1:2\)

CP = 1.56/1.2 = 1.3
Let $1.70 sugar be x kg and $1.10 sugar be y kg
(1.7x + 1.1y)/(x + y) = 1.3
1.7x + 1.1y = 1.3x + 1.3y
0.4x = 0.2y
x/y = 1/2
