Given the profit % the C= $1.30 . If you realize that this weighted average is closer to the cost of the 2nd kind of sugar than to the cost of 1st type, then it must be that there must be a larger proportion of the 2nd type in the selling mixture.

Only option E has a larger proportion for the 2nd type of sugar.

You can reach the answer even without solving the weighted avg equation.

First i calculated cp = 1.56/120=1.3 dollars

then I used alligation method

1.7 1.1
1.3
0.2 0.4

hence 2:4 = 1:2

Probably the fastest way
