If xy ≠ 0, is x/y > 0?

(1) x|y| - |xy|/|x + y| < 0
(2) |x + y| = |x| + |y|

(1) assume x & y same positive sign
(1) <=> xy - xy/(x+y) <0 <=> xy <1 and x+y<1 => x & y can be the same sign

Assume x<0 and y>0 => (1) can still happen

(1) is not enoughr

(2) if x and y have different sign => |x+y| = |y| - |x| or = |x| - |y|. Either is contradict with (2) => x and y have the same sign

B is correct answer
