Hello Rikul,
Here are my thoughts.
Work ex: 2-5 years is a sweet spot so its bang on as far as ISB is concerned. Few of the options that I can think of right away (not sure where you are working as an analyst though and would need some more insight there):-
• Consulting: In consulting, you can be taken in as someone for the pharma/hospitals industry knowledge in strategy and ops consulting
• Sales and Mktg: Depending on your analyst background and industry you are working in you can get into various roles in Pharma, sales and mktg. being one. I know of many colleagues/friends who are in fact also working in R&D, Portfolio development etc.
• Healthcare transformation & strategy: Again these could also be some roles where you might fit in
• Leadership roles in Pharma/Biotech: These are specific roles offered in ISB where you can fit in too, which are more like rotational roles across divisions, preparing you for the senior leadership levels
Hope this helps. If you think you just want to chat up and get an understanding or maybe need some help with in depth profile eval, please feel free to reach out to us on
