Hi, for the background verification that comes after offer acceptance, are there any additional documents we have to submit? Apart from marksheets/payslips etc. Asking for a friend.

There is no right answer to this. ISB batch has people with a GMAT score of 650 and 750 as well. ISB will consider your overall profile, which includes undergrad/grad scores, gmat, work-ex, extracurricular, goals etc. If you want to get a better evaluation, post your profile to this thread profile-evaluation-for-isb-210934-3980.html#p2630450.

Under employment information in the application, there is a question about gap between education and employment. I said no. But I'm kinda worried because i started work in September and college pretty much got over in April/May. I didn't get to say my internship lasted till July but there would still be a gap. Is this an issue? I'm an EEO candidate.

before ISB YLP results, does ISB give us a specific date on which the results will be out or is it random?

The status has been updated to: Evaluation recieved by ISB. I guess it means a call or around the corner or I’m dinged - expect to hear soon.

It means you are overthinking. The interviews will happen every weekend at least till 30th (barring the day of 15th Jan).

I dont think that’s the case. Mine says evaluation complete since 5th December. That would be quite weird for me if that were the case

Evaluation complete just means they received your LOR, I believe
