This could be one solution, but we don't have enough information to confirm. There are many possible arrangements.

Let,
A(inc):B(inc)=500:400
A(exp):B(exp)=400:300
Therefore, A(sav):B(sav)=100:100
Multiplying savings ratio by 5,
A(sav):B(sav)=500:500
So,
Income ratio is to be multiplied by 5 as well
A(inc):B(inc)=2500:2000
So, baby's income is 2000

Ratio of Youngest to second youngest in 5 years will be: (2x+5)/(3x+5)=5/7 solve the eqn, x=10. Now, age of youngest one will be 2x= 2 * 10 = 20 years
