I wrote GRE and got 300

there is no min req, they look at whole application

This depends upon a lot of different factors unfortunately but bottom line, how underrepresented or overrepresented are you? If you are overrepresented they have more people wth your profile to pick from which puts upward pressure on the GMAT you would need to be competitive. Overrepresented in terms of ethnicty and nationality; also, industry/job role, there are other aspects to look at as well but these are the main ones.
