T+I+A+F=80.. eq 1
Also
T+3=(I+1/3I)=(80/100)A=F-4... eq 2
From 2, We can get T, I, A in terms of F, which is
T=F-7... eq 3
I=(3/4)F-3 ... eq 4
A=(5/4)F-5... eq 5
Substitute Eq 3,4,5 in eq 1, we get
F-7+(3/4)F-4+(5/4)F-5+F=80
4F=95
F=23.75
Hence Answer is C.

Is there a shorter way for doing this question? I wasted so much time in solving the last equation which gets us the value of F.
