Hi Guys,
Finally done with my GMAT. Took the Enhanced GMAT Online last week.
Score - 720(Q49, V39). Although I expected a higher score, don’t think I will retake it.
Sharing my experience so that it'll benefit someone.
Pre exam checklist which I followed diligently -

Resources used :
1. White board -
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B089GXGYPJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (Eraser was included)
Also bought 2 other white board alternatives fearing objection to the one I bought.
Here are the links to the ones I bought but didn’t use(picked these off various posts here on GMAT club) -
A)

Dry erase markers - Used the ones that came with the board, but also bought these -
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B084G5JKTS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and these
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B06XPX5CC5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Quick Tip : Always have some extra markers in place, these markers dry up pretty quick. I used the markers to take some mocks too so they dried up very fast(Lasted just 2 mocks). Thanks to the extra ones i bought, I didn’t have to panic on the day before the exam.
3. Wifi Router - used a Huaweii router with a Jio sim -
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B0866BKZHP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Quick Tip : plug in the router to charge during the test, usually lasts for upto 3-4 hrs. But why take the risk
Also bought a power backup for my main router but I didn’t use the main router because I really didn’t trust the power backup. But looks like it works pretty well. I tested it once by switching off the power supply to the main router and I didn’t have any lag. If anyone is interested -
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B017NC2IPM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Experience : Used a 2019 16inch MacBookPro(macOS Catalina) for the test.
One can only start the exam(i.e connect to a proctor for the checkin process) 15 mins before the scheduled appointment time. I took the exam at 3pm. I prefer to take the exam in the afternoon. It is a lot more quiet compared to the mornings. I tried to train my biological clock by simulating the exam time during my mocks. To each his own I guess. Always do what best suits you.
The proctor will guide you through the entire process. Click the start exam link 15 mins before the exam and you’ll see an option to connect to the proctor. The checkin process took close to 15mins.
Make sure to install the ESSecure browser at least 24hrs before the exam. My memory is groggy but I remember seeing a point in the install instructions guide to specifically install the browser 24hrs prior and failing to do so, you wouldn’t be able to take the test. Read the install instructions guide carefully. You’ll have to start the exam in a normal browser like chrome/safari and that would launch a prompt asking if you’d like to open the link in ESSecure browser.
I barely remember the proctor telling me that I can have a clear glass of water if I want to but I left the bottle of water outside the room(The proctor reads out all the instructions and precautions before the start of the exam for you to acknowledge). Went with the Quant, Verbal, IR + AWA order. The exam went pretty smoothly without any interruptions except for once when the proctor asked me to tilt the screen because I bent too low towards the white board while solving a problem.
I took the 2 optional breaks to have some water, use the washroom and splash some water on my face.
Quant - I felt the questions were similar in difficulty to the prep exam questions. I bet I did a lot of silly mistakes which got my score down here. Wish I didn’t panic as much as I did. Don’t focus on the timer too much. Take

Verbal - could have done a far better job - had to run through the questions towards the end. The questions were similar in difficulty to the prep exam questions.
IR - Solved almost all of them.
AWA -ran out of time while proof reading the last paragraph but I thought I did a good job here.
I’ll write a separate post about my GMAT prep where I’ll rant about my journey and all the resources I used for the prep.
