Did you try WAMC tool? https://gmatclub.com/forum/what-are-my- ... 09854.html

Posted from my mobile device

I went through the same but I’m not very convinced of the results. The tool showed my profile was above average for Kelley, Rotman, Foster , Emory , Marshall. I definitely think that is a bit stretch for a 660 GMAT. Hence I wanted some opinion from Admission Consultants here on Gmatclub.

Would be really helpful if you could tag some admissions consultants here.
Hi,
Shimri from ARINGO here
This WAMC tool only shows very basic information, and it obviously doesn't consider your work experience, your academics, your personal story etc.
It is mainly used to give you a clue if you have a shot or if you are way off. I would consider the results (positive or negative) very lightly.

Regarding your profile assessment: I know nothing about you, and 660 is doable for Foster, Kelly, Emory, Marshal and Rotman, but yes, you would have to be a very special candidate for me to say your chances are above average with the 660...

You can use our detailed MBA chances estimation calculator here: https://www.aringo.com/mba-admission-ch ... alculator/

Or simply send me your profile to [email protected]
GOOD LUCK!

Post MBA Goals -Short Term - To get into Tech Firm as a PM

Long Term - Entrepreneurship in Ed-Tech

The story I'm looking to develop is around the lines - Important aspects of a Tech company are - Sales, Operations and the Product itself.

I have an experience in Sales and operations with decent impact. Get into PM Role post MBA and learn how to build a scalable product, what are the challenges that one comes across. Use this knowledge of all 3 things to eventually start an Ed-Tech firm of my own in the long term.

Hi Aragorn101

Thanks for the detailed profile!
I really am impressed!!!

From what I can see:
Academics – AMAZING GPA and distinction!

Work Experience –I love it! From a solid fortune 500 global giant to an exciting fast-growing EdTech including 3 roles in 1.5Y WOW! And now another EdTech startup.
    ALL GREAT

Missing info on your extracurricular activities – but let’s take into account you have some!

GMAT – you didn’t mention it here, so I am taking into consideration 660?

All in all,
You do come from a super-competitive background, but your profile is super strong. The GMAT is the key issue. If I look at your chances, they are mediocre (= in the game, but definitely not strong) at Kelley, Rotman, Foster and Emory and might be stretch at Marshall. A higher GMAT would fix this and ALL these schools would be safe-competitive with another 50 points in the GMAT

What do you do now?
Either work on the GMAT or write some kick-ass applications!

Happy to help further and perhaps work together on some amazing apps. As always, I can be reached on [email protected]

GOOD LUCK!
